What is `browserconfig.xml`?

browserconfig.xml is a metadata file designed to support the tile feature on the Windows Start screen. It allows customization of tile elements such as images, background colors, and text colors. When a website is pinned to the Windows Start screen as a tile, the appearance of the tile, including its background and colors, can be customized according to this XML file.
